Realllllly? you do realize how resizing a window works, right?
you resize the cm_CommandBrowser window height until the scrollbar is gone and

On my stretched laptop screen, it makes much more sense to stretch any window wide.
Therefore, the solution with changing the height of this dialog is not very appropriate.
YES, when I fully maximizing this window - I will get all list items visible.
BUT! it will be much more appropriate and more convenient to implement exactly
what our colleague Usher wrote about in his post proposal. I fully support his thoughts!

OK, I will add a horizontal scrollbar to the left list (categories) when the strings are too long.

Could you please check my changes in beta 10?
1. The left list width is now being adjusted to show the longest category name without scrolling.
2. The maximum width of the left list is half of the minimum dialog box width. If the strings are even longer (e.g. for larger fonts), a horizontal scrollbar will e shown
3. I'm not showing a scrollbar in the right list, because it would cause misalignment between the headers and the list items

04.07.23 Fixed: Command browser (e.g. button bar settings, click on magnifying glass): Adjust left (category) list width to make space for the longest string (up to half of the minimum window width) (32/64)

The string 7003="C&ommand:" now need to be moved to the right - it is placed over the window divider. See: https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/choosecommand2.png

There are still a some of the em_commands that are cut off:

cm_AddPathAndFileNameToCmdline
cm_SetAllTabsOptionPathLocked
cm_SetAllTabsOptionPathResets
cm_LeftSwitchToThisCustomView
cm_RightSwitchToThisCustomView
cm_ToggleAutoViewModeSwitch

Maybe adding 5 or 10 pixels to the command column would do it.

10 or even 15 px - this will make sense of improvement. not less.
Coz, don't forget - this dialog has a right side, which can be pulled more to the right if suddenly visually not all the text fits into the current size.
But the text itself inside the right panel DOES NOT have any possibility to be controlled in width. It is hard-nailed to its size.
Therefore, we must immediately take with a margin a new width in pixels!
And also - I fully confirm your findings...

You are right, I didn't move the headers of the right list. This was also causing the cut strings. I will move them.

And there are also no cutoffs of command names not even the "Commands with parameters" (with standard font setting).

Yes, it happens on standard default fonts and at DPI=120.
Yes, this DPI value is not the default, and yes - other problematic lines pop up on its other values.
Mostly it's: OPENLANGUAGEFILE and ZIPFROMLIST
BUT it seems to me that it is worth agreeing that in the current reality of creating monitors/matrices, many often have a desire
enlarge something. And these two values (96/120) are the most common in life. And it is on them, IMHO, that it is always worth testing.
And yes - this is the only line under these conditions with this bug.
It seems to me that it is quite possible to make an additional condition for expanding the "Command" field by 15 px. at DPI=120
