Total Commander Hompage ist http://www.ghisler.com/
Von dort geht's zu den Downloads http://www.ghisler.com/download.htm
Von dort zur Pocket PC Version http://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm
Dann nochmal explizit die Pocket PC Version auswählen im Gegensatz zu anderen PDAs http://www.ghisler.com/pocketpc.htm
Und am Ende der Seite dann das Installationspaket herunterladen https://plugins.ghisler.com/ce/tcmdpocket.exe

Das Installationspaket enthält mehrere Sprachen, u.a. auch Deutsch.

Das Installationspaket auf dem Desktop/Notebook ausführen, nicht auf dem PPC. Wähle die gewünschte Sprache für TC aus.
Dadurch werden die erforderlichen CAB-Dateien in einem Unterverzeichnis für MS ActiveSync abgelegt.
Beim nächsten Anschluß des PPC wird die Installation des TC auf dem PPC durch ActiveSync ausgeführt.

Next goto Pocket PC Version http://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm
Again select the Pocket PC Version http://www.ghisler.com/pocketpc.htm
At the end of this page you can download the installation package https://plugins.ghisler.com/ce/tcmdpocket.exe

The installation package holds several language packages, among them German.

Launch the installation package on your desktop/notebook, not on the PPC. Select the desired language for TC.
The required CAB-files will be copied to a folder where MS ActiveSync will pick them up.
Next time you attach your PPC ActiveSync will launch the installation of TC on your PPC.
