Just call the cm_Copy dialog (F5) and "unpress" the small Pin button. cm_CreateShortcut and cm_Copy are the same dialog (with same class name) but with different functions.
Elwin_Ransom wrote:1st question: Do we really need "Advanced options" when creating shortcuts? If not, then there is no need for the "Options >>" button.
I would say that it is reasonable to have these options.
Elwin_Ransom wrote:2nd question: If we really need "Advanced Options", why are they not shown pinned after restarting the cm_CreateShortcut dialog?
I would categorize this as a bug.

10.08.23 Fixed: When the F5 "Copy" dialog was pinned to the larger size (options expanded), the options were not available in the Ctrl+Shift+F5 "Create shortcut" dialog (32/64)
