and give me the permission to use it? I would then add it to the above list. That would be very helpful for other users.

Compatible with Windows Easy Transfer and PCLinq software for migrating to newer versions of Windows (including Windows 10 via PCLinq)

In that case I wouldn't rely on any description, but check the model number. And it says:
"Item model number ‏ : ‎ USB3LINK"
