[TC 11.01] Shift+Drop a link doesn't work for https

(29.10.02) Fixed: Drop URL from Internet Explorer on Totalcmd now creates .URL file, Shift+Drop starts download

Shift+Drop this link and TC downloads the file:
http://www.ghisler.com/history.txt

Shift+Drop this link and TC tries to open an ftp connection:
https://www.ghisler.com/history.txt

In contrast, when you press Ctrl+N in TC and enter the link, both links download the file.

Confirmed, I will add https support too.

10.09.23 Fixed: Dropping an URL on a file panel (e.g. from a Web browser) with Shift pressed to download only worked with http URLs, not with https (32/64)

Tested OK using TC 11.02rc1 32-bit and 64-bit.
