[TC 11.02rc2] Documentation for [activetabs] is missing in the Help

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

There is no section [activetabs] in wincmd.ini, just [lefttabs] and [righttabs].
Only tab files (extension .tab) use [activetabs] and [inactivetabs].

There is no section [activetabs] in wincmd.ini,
Hmm, I wonder how such a section wound up in my wincmd.ini file - I will delete the section.
