Re: Access Violation when creating new folder
According to the crash log, it happens when the dialog box to enter the new name would be shown. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce that, and I can't find any bug either. Do you still get this error? If yes, there may be a problem with the directory creation history.
1. Choose Configuration - Change settings files directly2
2. Look for the line
[MkDirHistory]
3. Rename it to e.g.
[MkDirHistory.org]
4. If this fixes the problem then please copy the entire section starting with [MkDirHistory.org] up to the next line starting with [ to the clipboard (Ctrl+C) and paste it to the forum (Ctrl+V) or send it to me by e-mail.

Re: Access Violation when creating new folder
I don't get the error anymore, it went away after I restarted total commander. Feel free to ascribe this to some transient weirdness and close it.
