missing TC popup dialog when trying to transfer files

Clean install of W10 x64, newest 11.02 x64 of TC installed. In virtual PC TC shows classic TC dialog window:

In host PC i always get this confirmation window and transfer process is handled via classic explores window:

This happens every time I press F5/6 no matter what source and target is chosen.
Both TCs are in default settings. Why this diferrent behaviour? Any suggestion? I want use classic TC window but it doesnť want to appear.

My guess is that the source and/or target is a virtual directory, something like \\Desktop or similar.

This is not causing problem because it is the same if I copy from root folder (c:) to the same place...

Which copy method is set in Options > Copy/Delete? Is the compatibility mode enabled for any or all drives?

Another possible reason could be that some background program or script catches F5 and F6 keys and does something when it receives them. You can find out if that's the case by clicking the F5/F6 buttons in the Function key bar in the lower part of the TC window with the mouse. If the regular dialog pops up then something is intercepting these keys.

In the host PC go into "Configuration" -> "Options" -> "Copy/Delete" and change the method from "Use copy+paste via Explorer (only in case of copy problems)" to either of these options:
"Use standard copy method (recommended)"
or
"Use default method (reliable, not very fast" (buffers 1024 and 129)
or
"Also use big file copy mode (not using cache)" (buffers: 10240 and 64)

Oh yes, copying to and from a virtual folder will also not use TC's usual Copy dialog.
