How to restore create new text(.txt) file in right-click menu?

How do I restore Create new text(.txt) file in right click menu? There is a create new text(.txt) in my explorer but there isn't this item in TC.
OS version: Windows 11 23H2
TC version: TotalCommand v10.50

I really thank you for helping me. I tried searching for "new text file" keywords but didn't find the threads, I'm not careful enough, sorry.
