reduce line spacing

I just registered and I don't know if I'm posting in the right place.
When I click in the menu (View) I would like to reduce the line spacing of the submenu.

• TC (menu) - "Configuration" (menu entry) - "Options..." (drop-down menu entry)
• "Configuration" (child window) - (in the left pane list, below "Display" entry) - "Icons" (list entry)

Try to set up there something lesser than you have there by now.
