Can I change the default options in the multi-rename tool?

Is there any way to set new defaults in the multi-rename tool, so that it will automatically open with those options every time?

In particular, I'd like to change the default extension mask from "[E]" to "[LE]" so that it will always change the extension to lowercase unless I override it.

MultiRenameLoadSettings=Defines with what settings the multi-rename tool will start:
(empty): Start with last used settings (not remembered after closing)
Name: Load settings which were stored under the given name
Unknown name: Start with default settings

Personally I prefer to call the MRT via a user-button from the button-bar. In there under the section "Parameters" you can specify any saved MRT-setting as startup-parameter so that the MRT will come up with that saved setting already pre-selected.
