Sine when is cm_edit a major TC function ?
There is the Windows New context menu, which also works in TC.
Users have many ways to create new files
so where is the need for urgent actions ?
Windows 11 Home x64 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3527)
TC 11.03 x64 / x86
Everything 1.5.0.1373a (x64), Everything Toolbar 1.3.3, Listary Pro 6.3.0.73
QAP 11.6.3.2 x64

HISTORY.TXT wrote: 12.11.23 Fixed: cm_Edit with parameter /T (template file) would always write a multiple of 4kByte instead of just the template file length (32/64)
Tested OK using TC 11.03rc1 32-bit and 64-bit.
