Locking jpg files before deletion

When I turn off the TC and restart it, the lock goes away
After some time, the situation repeats itself

Are you using thumbnails view? Then it could be the Total Commander plugin or Explorer extension used to extract the thumbnail which is locking the file. The internal method ("Internal thumbnails from images") doesn't lock the files. However, this method only loads thumbnails stored within the file itself. Most cameras (including those on phones) add such thumbnails to the JPG themselves, except for panoramas.

I have a similar problem with other files.
file.srt I can't delete it or change anything in it
