Please add command from Config-Operations "Copy comments with files" to internal commands

Please add command from Config-Operations "Copy comments with files" to internal commands. During sycdir I used to off this option and I would like to have its state visible in button bar if it is on or off. Thanks.

The setting "copy comments with files" is good to have OFF during syncdir and sometimes also during find duplicates. Therefore the control should be available in syncdir. Or better - in syncdir could be independent setting for comments handling, so it could be possible to have set "copy comments with files" OFF for syncdir and simultaneously "copy comments with files" ON for all other operations. No switching would be needed (but possible of course).
