easy copy/move commands between Start menu and button bar

It would be nice to easy copy/move commands between Start menu and button bar. E.g. by copy-paste or by new command in local menu "copy/move to Start menu" resp. "copy/move to button bar". Since in button bar there are copy/cut/paste commands, there could be added new copy/cut/paste buttons in Start menu and it could work. Please make it real. Thanks.
Start menu and button bar have their advantages/disadvantages and it would be very usefull to have quick and easy way to transfer commands as needed.

Using the Ultra TC Editors solves that problem for me.
It allows Copy / Cut / Paste between the different settings.
