Packer Options - Move common options to new tab

Packer Options - Move common options to new tab

Regarding the Packer Options dialog, it might be better to create a new Common tab (the first one under Packer) and place all common options there. The Packer tab does not seem to have space for much more common options.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.
