Translation files ready for Total Commander 11.50

Soon I will contact all translators with the new strings for Total Commander 11.50. You can already get the translation files and test tool from here:
https://www.totalcommander.ch/win/tools/difres1150.zip

The file Dglrange.txt should be updated for the new strings, as well as new1150.txt (new strings to translate) and the wcmd_eng.* files.

Please let me know if I missed a string, or would like to add a translation before the release of Total Commander 11.50.

There are inconsistencies in difres1150.zip

TOTALCMD.INC is not updated - it is missing info compared to TOTALCMD.INC in tc1150x64_b5.exe

In WCMD_ENG.LNG there is this inconsistency compared to the Internal dialog in 64 bit TC 11.50b5

WCMD_ENG.LNG, new1150.txt and Internal TC 11.50b5 32bit:

This line in WCMD_ENG.LNG and new1150.txt is missing a space at the front and the end:

6766="Encryption settings"

The 3 other group box headers 6754, 6755 and 6763 has those spaces - so string 6766 should also have them.
The internal dialog is missing the spaces around both string 6766 AND 6763.

Great - remember to also change the internal dialog accordingly (string 4006 in 32bit TC and strings 6766 and 6763 in both 32- and 64bit TC).

All issues comfirmed fixed in TC 11.50b6 32- and 64-bit and in difres1150.zip
