Improve TC Help's window title and help index label

I suggest the following changes to the Total Commander Help window:

• Change the window title from "Total Commander" to "Total Commander Help".
• In the navigation panel (table of contents tab) change "Help Index" to "Total Commander Index".

These are minor changes that do actually help the user experience in my opinion.

Saying it may break some scripts could apply to any change in Total Commander, so I'm not sure that alone justifies avoiding this one. Are there specific scripts you know might be affected, and how do you see their risks weighing against the benefits?

Benefits by changing the window title to "Total Commander Help" are, in my opinion:

• When it is instantly clear what the window is for, this benefits all users, especially when juggling multiple windows (even if they don’t consciously notice it).
• It's even more beneficial for users that rely on screen readers.
• Future scripts can better identify the help window if the window title is "Total Commander Help" and scripts that are modified out of necessity are likely to become clearer.

It's about improving the user experience, not about whether or not it can be understood. Maybe you can try it out for a while locally and see if a version with a changed window title works better. I have tried it for a while and in my opinion it's better.
