[TC 11.55rc2] HELP_BREAK in .mnu file doesn't work if language is right to left

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

HELP_BREAK in .mnu file doesn't work if language is right to left.

Install Arabic language. The Help menu is on the wrong side.

Sorry, this isn't something I can change. HELP_BREAK doesn't work for right to left.
