Double-clicking on the file C:\totalcmd\EV-Results\EV-Results.efu opens the file in 'Everything' 1.5a in a new tab.
“Everything” can handle a file list containing file names from C:\Windows.

Why can't Total Commander load the search results in the 'EV-Results.txt' file [in a separate tab]
when using the LOADLIST command,

- even though a search in Total Commander as a user with: ev:c: windows\*.pf returns 369 files
  and this can be displayed in a separate tab by pressing Shift + Feed to listbox
- even though an import is possible in 'Everything' (Import .EFU file)?

Would it not be possible to add this feature to the LOADLIST command?

Your search doesn't find any files.
You have to search for
c: windows\prefetch\*.pf
to get any .pf files

The reason why TC cant show the list is already explained in this thread.
TC needs enhanced rights to get to the real files under Windows\prefetch.
It does not simply show the content of the results file.
Everything search works as the service provides the necessary rights.

Using an enhanced TC will therefore work.

But that was the crucial clue for me:
Total Commander (started as user) knows the paths and file names and can display them via:
ev:C:\Windows\Prefetch\*.pf ( Everything Service), Shift + Feed to listbox.

However, if you want to go to the file with Ctrl+left/right in TC, this is not possible because
without administrative rights in TC, you can only position the cursor on the C:\Windows\Prefetch\ folder.

When searching in c:\windows, for example for *.pf, Total Commander will:

Since this isn't a bug, I'm moving this thread to "will not be changed".
As I explained above, TC gets the file sizes, timestamps and attributes of the files in the list before displaying them. Since it cannot access the "Prefetch" folder, it doesn't display files from it.

Did you really read and understand - the very ESSENCE of the error I was trying to convey to you?

There is NO problem with files not getting into the panel due to lack of permission! this fact IS NOT a bug!
THERE IS a user interaction bug! When I generate a load-file with a list of files, I EXPECT that all of them will EITHER be shown
OR not be shown (because of lack of permissions at least) - but THERE WILL BE information dialog about this fact at the end of
the command LOADLIST:%DestinationFile% execution!!!!

Yes - in the very first post, I just didn't know about the lack of permissions to read files/directories. But we quickly realized it.
And instantly from this perspective, the bug became a bug specifically related to user interaction with Total Commander!

So finally it would be wise to just raise as the final action a Dialog - where problems (IF they would occur during the command
LOADLIST execution) will be in details precisely described.
Like: "In file we have a record .... bla-bla-bla. But we can' access this file/folder on a disk/in a path. Pls. pay attention on this, dear user!"
And so on.

Why should there be an information dialog? If Total Commander cannot "see" some files, it will not show them, independent of whether Everything is checked or not.

I'm surprised that I need to explain this.
This is a very specific command that is executed automatically based on the data provided by the USER!
This is not about the constant and direct interaction between the user and the GUIs of the Total window,
as if the users were to decide to do this on their own, based on the essence of this command. This is different!

When the users see the search process and the results right here & right now, they can make their own decisions about the next steps.
And when the LOADLIST command is executed, the user is simply WAITING for the appearance of everything that he either added himself
or by other means to this list... User no longer thinks in terms of "whether he's lucky enough to find it or not, there will be problems or not."
The user HAS ALREADY SEEN this list. Just unlike interacting with the GUI, he saw it in the file editor/Lister. By viewing this list there.
And in Total, he just expects to quickly see its functional rendering for its further quickly processing.
And expects to see it verbatim on screen and that's all!
The user SHOULD be warned that his list MAY suddenly contain unsupported items!
