Thanks - I see that now:

06.01.22 Added: When starting and there is no wincmd.ini in the configured location, copy maintemplate.txt (program directory) to wincmd.ini and ftptemplate.txt to wcx_ftp.ini. Note: The installer does create a wincmd.ini. This is meant for automatic deployments in companies (32/64)

I do not see meaning of icon library choosing during install at all. It is redundant and irritating step. One should be set by default without question. User can set other one in settings if he wants. Psychologically people dont like making decision from external or in inappropriate moment. When the need arises (internally) they make decision in moment when they know what they want and why. In addition there are many setting which are more important to choose but they are not questioned (fortunately, because everyone has different interests). So first thing the user is going to do after installing is set what is important for him. If the icon library look is important for user he will set it, no question for all users is needed.
