tabstop header text "flicker"

I would like to report an issue related to visual impairments;
this problem occurs in the 32-bit version of TC on win10, but not in the 64-bit version.
XP/WIN7/WIN8.1 32bit is OK.

Whenever my mouse moves over the tabstop header area, or if I move the mouse several times within this range, the text and background in that area begin to “flicker”.
This flickering always causes discomfort to my eyes during normal operations.
This is especially true when the mouse moves from the file list to the area containing the tabs.

Maybe Ghisler believes that this issue is caused by a theme specific to Windows 10, and therefore it may not be fixed. Nevertheless, I would still like to share this information to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

Due to the frame rate at which the video or GIF is recorded, neither the video nor the GIF will display any flickering. However, you can slide your cursor quickly within the tabstop header area in the same way as you would with an image, and then you will be able to notice the flickering effect.

I would still like to share this information to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

I cannot reproduce any flickering neither with a clean .ini file or with my current .ini file in 32bit TC 11.56 under Windows 10

Does it also happen if you add this key to your wincmd.ini file:

Thanks you hits, this parameter is effective. Now that theme support has been removed, the screen no longer flashes.
Although it has a somewhat “retro” look, I really like it.
