Google Drive Plugin : can't find step 22 "Data access"

All is in the title, downloaded the Json file, but I'm struggling to find the "Data access" button/menu/option...

Found it finally
Display the Client just created, then Data access is on the left menu, displayed in the windows browser, but collapsed in the mobile browser
