[TC 11.56] File size values not rounded, but truncated

When converting to higher orders of bytes, it appears that the file size values ​​are not rounded, but only truncated (see attached screenshot):

The Properties window in your screenshot is provided by Windows, not by TC. There's nothing TC can do, and it's no TC bug. The same window with the exact same values appears when showing the file properties via Explorer.

The size in the two Properties windows in your screenshot are provided by Windows - and you can see that they show the same size as TC does in the red rectangle in your screenshot.

Both Windows and TC shows the truncated (floor) value instead of the rounded value. I guess TC does that to not confuse people when they compare the sizes to sizes displayed by Windows (Explorer, Properties dialogs).
