Tested OK using TC 11.57 32-bit and 64-bit.

Plugin value placeholders inserted in a plugin attribute value in the Change Attributes dialog are not translated to English when the attribute change is saved under a name. This is inconsistent with the multi-rename tool for example. However, this is a different issue than this bug report.
