Copy dialog lacks 'Apply to all' when skipping many read errors

it was EXE. I had to rewrite the EXE itself.

And by the way, while I was checking this behavior I also used it to reconfirm a bug with password remembering where it is not required,
I noticed that the second temporary folder _tc_ unlike its original "neighbor" _tc does not get deleted from the general Windows temporary
folder when Total is closed. imho BUG.
