WCMICON3.DLL + WCMICON3_dark.DLL

Post by *KozakMak »

WCMICON2.DLL now looks outdated on modern systems - and we need new icons, two at once!
Not only should they not look like XP, but they should also be standard and dark, and change automatically when using cm_SwitchDarkMode

By modern look I mean something like: https://x0.at/JTAs.png

Why make it harder for the user to recognize the icons? That's a terrible contrast.

Microsoft, why make it harder for the user to recognize the icons?

These are standard Explorer icons. Of course, we can make it more contrasting.
But current colorful retro-cartoon madness is no longer any good.

There is no reason for TC to follow Microsoft in their strange decisions.
Without colors a lot of easy identification is lost.
