1152="Zielpfad:" lost the & before Z (in 11.57 it was 1152="&Zielpfad:") is that wanted?

2139="Logging:\nVerschlüsselte Namen" is gone compared to TC 11.58 RC4 is that wanted?

1152 no, it's not wanted, it was already wrong in RC4.
2139 is no longer used, the logging warning is now hard coded for all included languages so it can't be modified.

My thinking was just adding is expected with an update but removing is less expected but nevermind.

Not to the history, but to the language file itself. If a string is not needed, do not remove it physically, but put "removed in v. ..." instead and keep its ID.

Since I always make a few personal changes to `wcmd_deu.lng` after every release - and therefor comparing the old and new file wcmd_deu.lng: I noticed it immediately after release and I can confirm this 1152="&Zielpfad:"
