Some plugin developers create one, some don't. hpg_ed doesn't create one by default so you have to do it yourself if you want to configure how the plugin is triggered.as I dont have a line like "_detect="ext!="HTM"&ext!="HTML" in my wincmd.ini.
1. Find section [ListerPlugins].
2. In that section search for "hpg_ed".
3. Check the number at the beginning of the line.
4. Add the line I have posted with the exchanged number in the same section.
Done.
