A little help with a regular expression?

I have to find files that have a filename longer than 128 characters including the extension. I have been looking in the wiki and other places but cannot find the light on this. My knowledge of regex is limited.

It would be nice if I can also get help with a regex to find files that path+filename is longer than X characters, let's say 128 too for example..
