Custom columns cosmetic glitches

It is impossible, as it seems, to create look of the Full view using custom columns.

Few problems I encountered:
Size column:
- <DIR> in Full view is left aligned, while in custom column view it is centered
- File sizes are more to the right in custom column view

Date and Attr column:
- Text is a little bit more to the left in custom column view

P.S.
It would be nice to have tooltip for truncated text in custom columns, other than Name and Ext.
