These are all wonderful ideas and have been requested a long time before.

The more options the better, I say. It is silly to let a difficulty in designing the options configuration GUI prevent useful functionality.

We have to consider the consistent of alternative BG color and colors by different file type.

In the example of FtpRush, file type in color blue, green and yellow are not applicable.

Yes. I was missing that point. The Pannel must be in a color that is not being used in a filetype.
