Universal Viewer - Lister alternative

All-clear: The error was due a wrong creation of the plugin window. It is fixed with MATLAB MAT-file Viewer plugin 1.3.9.0.

Does anybody know, where to get nice freeware icons? I need standard icons for menus File/Edit/Help (something like in Delphi or IrfanView) and non-standard for Options menu (for 8 modes + options + Configure items). They are also be used for toolbar. Maybe, some freeware packs are exist?

Icons from famfamfam.com are nice, but they are 24 bit color, so I cannot take them.

Ok, I took icons from Delphi and changed them a little.
Hope they are not too copyrighted.

• About icons, do you plan the capability to change them, i.e. by using a small DLL¦ICL or so ?
- This should be great ! A simple INI entry could do the trick (like in TC)
- BTW : I have a French Delphi5 programme where I can set 24 BPP bitmaps to use in tool-bars (HTML editor "Hélios" by S. Morey)
- There is a trick to draw them, though… but I can use 21² BMP images.

Else : The Mod function is not quite related to the number of messages… It depends on the needs, with regard i.e. to new fora for other languages…
- Originally, the Mods have been chosen by Ch. Ghisler from a poll !

Not currently... I doubt that there are so many icons-enthusiasts exist for Viewer as for TC.

For example, look at IrfanView or XnView: they don't have this feature and it's Ok. And this viewer is not so popular as IView/XnView...

Not sure that users don't like nice icons ! This old look in TC was a major candidate-users' reproach for all versions up to the current 6.55…
- You'll have surprises in the next 7.0 !
- And also in XnView (for which I help for ages…) :
The next version is ready very soon as an Alpha, and we'll have a quite new icon-system !
- I may admit that I have been on the Author's back for years to get this…
…and I worked a lot too to present ideas and templates…

- It's not very urgent, but I bet that many users would like…
