It works here (when enabled).
What view mode do you use, can you setup printer (File/Print setup)?

When file is reloaded and you're at the end of file (e.g. pressed Ctrl-End), then after reloading file will be scrolled to the new end. If you're not at end, then this option doesn't work.

In 5 mode it should work. Just printed an HTML here.
It may not work with Word. If it's Word, then try to press Ctrl-P.

I'll leave current implementation of file reading. But if users will complain about that (that Metapad/PSPad/etc cannot write to file while it's opened in Viewer), I'll maybe change it to memory-mapped files... Need to read about them, this is quite new area for me.
