With the .ini file in place regardless of contents (DebugLogging=1) all I get is the "new database" dialog, and an empty database afterwards. There's no logfile, unless it's created elsewhere than the plugin folder?
After this the PassStore.ini file is locked for editing, and I have to close TC and open it again to gain access to it. The existing database is actually not touched, and if I delete the .ini file I can work as before (the old entries are correct).

Is your ini file located in the same place of the plugin and name d passStore.ini?

Do you have a mail so i can send you a special version with dialog messages to discover what is happening?

Can you post here your PassStore.ini plz?

Hey djorge
You can mail me at saerdnA(ª)myself·com

TC location = C:\Prog Files\TC
wincmd.ini = C:\Docs & Settings\User
plugins = elsewhere:\totalcmd\w?x\*

I get the same behavior with an empty PassStore.ini or with:

Code: Select all

DebugLogging=1
or with

Code: Select all

datafile=database.xml
or with both together.

[edit]
Oh, you were asking about passStore.ini location: it's indeed in the same place as passStore.wfx (otherwise the plugin works perfectly, though with default options).

No luck :(

On TC 6.55a the modified plugin doesn't load at all (this doesn't depend on .ini presence/absence).
And on TC7pb2 shows following message:

Code: Select all

Total Commander                     [X]
+----------------------------------------+
( \/ ) Error, could not load plugin!
( /\ )  <drive>:\<path>\PassStore.wfx
+----------------------------------------+
              [   OK   ]

If your installation is fresh, that means that you don't have any entries in your database.

I'm not sure wether i tested the plugin with a database without any entry.
Is your database empty? I mean, without entries.
...I have a 'Search' windows
What do you mean with this?

BUG:
1.create new entrie and fill it with datas (username, pass, etc.)
2. create second entrie with same name as first one but fill it with different datas.
3. Open second entrie , it shows data from first created entrie ( first shows same data)
4. delete second created entrie, when you open first created entrie it shows data from second one - data from first entrie are gone.

Just a question about the Auto-type feature.

For me it matches postbank.nl* also with post

I would assume that it would at least match the full word postbank.nl.

Is this a bug?? :roll:
