I don't really know - if you don't set it, TC will use a variable block size up to 32k now.

I'm really struggling to increase the upload speed above 2GB. We are in the world with 100MB data transfer speeds. Why are there even a speed limit on an FTP client.

Free FTP clients like RightFTP has no limit, why does TC has?

I like TC but things like this really doing my head in. Why, why, why?

TC doesn't have a speed limit. But I doubt you can reach 2 GB/s with any program.

I'm sorry to argue but this is not what I'm experiencing on my systems.

Three systems, two ISPs and in all cases upload via TC is limited to 1.6 Mbps (never mentioned 2GBps!).

On the same systems and at the same time, RightFTP and Windows TCP client saturates the line, which is 10+ times over what TC achieves.

I'm giving you the facts. I will appreciate your help.

Sorry, I have no idea why you have such slow uploads. I have tested with an FTP server in the LAN and easily get 30MB/s.
