Now any Quoted-Printable encoded text in the subject of a mail (such as "Wie lautet Deine =?iso-8859-2?Q?L=F6sung=3F?=") is decoded in a simple way, before it is used to build the name of an EML file.

* If the last line of a message in an mbox file only contains a dot, then that line will be ignored.
This is because there are programs, which cannot handle EML files containing such a line correctly.
