Hi!

It's 2021, and I have the same issue. Although, the odd thing is, that
1. I managed to open each FTP server in one of the TC windows
2. I was able to copy te FOLDERS with F5
3. but the folders' contents would not copy.
There was no error message though.

So, has this feature of allowing 'direct' FTP2FTP via an TC-internal temporary storage been implemented or not?
I ask, because I may have very well made a mistake.

Folders don't need to be copied, they can just be created because their names are known. But files need to be copied if their size is >0 Bytes.
I haven't implemented server to server transfers via local PC, because when one of the two connections fails, the progress of both connections is lost.

Did you check the "Copy via local PC (slow)" option after you pressed F5? - see: https://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/ftp-ftp-copy.png
