.
Ok, you supported your case well.
But you used a naughty little trick by deliberately ignoring the layout differences between a forum message title and an error message box title.

this is
your problem, not mine.
What a horribly selfish and unhelpful attitude. The world doesn’t revolve around you. I had a suggestion, and all you’ve done is explain how incredibly smart and gifted you are. Give it a rest. If you understand this dialog, you will not have any problem understanding a dialog that is a little more helpful than the one we currently have is.

if Ch. Ghisler decides to extend the "File not found!" message box by prefixing a (short) complete sentence to the filename, I will not start a holy war against such an enhancement.
Blah-di-blah. Stop being a coward and stand up for you opinion. I’m really getting tired of people shooting down other people’s ideas and suggestions and then adding the “…, but if Christian thinks this is a good idea, I don’t mind if it gets added…”-type disclaimer so as to not lose face if it turns out that Christian actually likes the idea.

Please tell me what windows skin you used when taking the screenshot.
It’s ClearLooks (for Windows). It can be found on deviantart:

Hi, now.
If you had taken the time to read
my previous message (and maybe roentgen's posts as well), you would have noticed that I might have changed my mind and that roentgen managed to demonstrate why your request might make sense.
And get the message quite clear:
roentgen's nice little
trick made me spend a second thought on your request, not your acting like a prima donna feeling offended.
Stop being a coward and stand up for you opinion.
You may leave the decision to me which things are worth fighting for and which things are not.
Hence, I suggest to bury the hatchet and return to discussing your change request.
