I re-checked with the FileContents plugin and cannot reproduce the bug. So, the proble is specific to the FileDescription plugin, and not to TC itself.ghisler(Author) wrote:Could you submit a separate bug report with your problem?
As for the original bug with the "$" sign I followed your instructions and can confirm that 7.04a contained this bug and in 7.50 it has been fixed.

As far as I can see, FileDesc removes newline markers completely so that the "description" (which in case of text files is just the file contents) could be seen in single line.
