Well you should still try to find the responsible extension - see http://www.ghisler.ch/wiki/index.php?title=Right_click_menu_%28context_menu%29_crash
Does it also happen in TC 7.50 b3 - Ghisler has changed the behaviour of floating point exception handling before calling functions like the context menu: http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=148358#148358

I found the program that is causing the problem. It is Snag-It, by TechSmith Corporation (techsmith.com).
I've been using this program for years and never had an issue with it causing TC to hang before.
But, in Windows 7 b7100 RC1, and TC 7.5b4, it does. It hangs as soon as Snag-It is installed, and quites as sonn as I uninstall Snag-It.
I really don't want to have to quit using Snag-It as it is a very versatile and hangy program.
Is there a way to fix/resolve this?

It's not the Snag-It program itself, but the explorer extensions that are hanging TC up. If I install *just* Snag-It and the printer, there's no issue.CWBillow wrote:Peter:petermad wrote:2CWBillow
