[8.0ß3] Animated GIFs speed is too high

It doesn't really work!

In TC 8.0b4 x64 the minimum speed seems to always be 80.
In TC 8.0b4 32bit under Win7 x64 the minimum speed is always 0 - same as beta3.
In TC 8.0b4 32bit under Win XP 32bit the minimum speed seems to always be 80.

Settting GifMinDelay to any other value than 80 (for example 0 or 800) doesn't have any effect.

When I set GifMinDelay=0, ball jumps much faster than if I don't set parameter. Tested on TC8b4x32 at WinXP. If I set GifMinDelay=1000, every frame change takes 1 second.

Have you checked with internal viewer and not any lister plugin like Imagine?

I am really not doing good tonight

I had put the GifMinDelay in the [Configuration] section in stead of the [Lister] section - and again the 32bit version test on win 7 was with b3 not b4.

So everything works allright!
