You're welcome! Even more curious is that the UnaceV2.dll dependency does not exist for TC 7.56a. I have the same clean TC main folder for both 7.56a and 8.0B11. If your suspicion is correct, maybe a whole list of prerequisites is checked. I've sent a mail to the author and hope to get a response soon.

I found out the following after exchanging some mail with the plugin author:
- The UnAceV2 dependency is a leftover from previous development, and will be fixed in next version.
All in all, this looks very promising

- A 64-bit version of the plugin is in the pipeline.At start, i wanted to borrow tc uncompressing functionality (few supported file formats are in fact zip files, one iz gzip). That idea was abandoned quickly but i left behind that stupid check. It will be gone next version.
As soon as some technical issues go away, I'll install 64bit windows and lazarus. That plugin is the first thing on the list.
All in all, this looks very promising
