Delete in background?

Is there an option to always delete in background (as it's already possible with the copy dialog)?

Deleting many files from my (slow) NAS would really make this option more than useful!
Especially that part where TC "collects" all the files before it deletes them.
Windows 11 x64, dark Tower, glowing Keyboard & ++Monitor (Mouse?! What for?)
