Shift+F7 acts like F7

I was using Shift + F7 as regular directory create key, I wouldn't want to create directory in the opposite side of the panel. Maybe there is an INI flag for that, or is it possible to configure it like that?

It was always F7 and never ever Shift-F7

Bluestar was using Shift+F7 to create the directory, probably because F7 was taken by some other program.
Manually defining Shift+F7 as a hotkey for cm_MkDir via Configuration - Options - Misc still allows to use Shift+F7 to create the directory in the current panel.
