It still doesn't work in TC10b10 with full screen in Windows XP - either with F3 or with Ctrl+Shift+Q.
Quick Preview (Ctrl+Q) works OK.

I can add that it also still doesn't work in full screen for TC 10 b10 under Windows 7.

It works OK under Windows 7 for F3 (non full screen), Crtl+Q and Shift+Crtl+Q

Yes - then screen saving sets in as with a normal Lister window

It works for me both on Windows XP and 7, it successfully prevents the screen saver.
Or do you mean "going to sleep mode"? I haven't checked that yet.

I did repeat previously described tests: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=74473#p401071 for both F3 and Ctrl+Shift+Q. I use system "Blank (black) screen" screensaver.

Strange, it works perfectly here both with 32-bit and 64-bit: The video plays to the end, and one minute later (the screen saver timeout), it starts the screen saver.

Are you sure you are using the new internal video player and not a plugin, or the old player?

Just to make it clear - I am talking about the full screen mode that I obtain by double clicking on the Lister window, not just a maximized Lister window.

I have tested on two different Windows 7 computers and one Windows XP computer. I am using the "3D Text" screensaver.

EDIT:

I thought I'd better test under Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 20H4 - and also here screen saver is not prevented when playing in full screen!. For all OS's it works fine when playing in a regular Lister window.

I am using LAV filters v. 0.75

I have another observation:
1. Set screensaver so start after 1 minute.
2. Open a video in a non-maximized Lister window.
3. Pause the video.
4. Start the video again by clicking on the picture -> screensaver sets in at the 1 minute timeout.
5. Pause the video again.
6. Start the video by clicking the start arrow in the lower left corner or by pressing Space -> screensaver does not set in.

Reproduced (so far) under Windows 7 and 10 20H2

Oh, I think you found something here. Could you try the same in full screen mode? You can move the mouse to the bottom to see the controls there too.

Edit: I have checked my code: Double clicking on the playing video stopped the video and the screensaver prevention, and then restarted it in full screen without the screensaver prevention. I always used Alt+Enter myself to maximize the video, so I didn't have the problem.

So could you test whether the screensaver stays off when you resume playing via controls, or maximize via Alt+Enter, please?

I can confirm that screensaver prevention works if I go to full screen with Alt+Enter.

If I in Full screen pause and start the movie by clicking on the video, then screensaving is not prevented, but if I pause and start the movie with the controls, then screensaving is prevented as it should be.

Alll the time I assumed that you followed Usher's procedure as he described it:

It still doesn't work as expected in Windows XP. Running video in full screen kills screensaver blocking feature. Follow these steps:
1. Set screensaver delay to 1 minute.
2. Play video in Lister and wait 1 minute to ensure that screen saver won't be activated.
3. Double click the video to run it in full screen and wait another minute. Screen saver will start now.
4. Press Esc to stop screensaver, than press Esc again to go back to playing in Lister window. Wait one more minute and you will see screensaver active again.

Thanks for your tests! I didn't expect any difference between double clicking and Alt+Enter, so I just switched it to full screen...

But it actually also wasn't prevented in Windows 8.1 and 10 when using double click - so the history entry should be changed to:
