Lister: Improve suggested folder for Open and Save as

Here it saves it with "Save as" selecting the same name of course.
The dialog under "Save as" is of course supported by Listary.

I don't know what you are doing wrong ?
I my actual TC and tested with the CudaLister plugin
I can save the edited file under the same name using the Lister "Save as" option.

I'm doing everything right. TC10.50b5 x32, CudaLister 1.7.5.2 (I use it because of the lack of blinking) or 1.7.6.
1.js, F3, Ctrl+R, change any symbol. File > Save As ... > 2.js. I'm watching a copy of 1.js. The same with IniEd.
