[TC 11.50b1 32bit]cursor blinking

This happens on many built-in system folders with r, h and s attributes in various combinations.

Confirmed even on Windows 98! Both the cursor and the icon under it are blinking. No blinking only if both "Show icons for special folders" checkboxes are OFF.

This should have been fixed in 11.50 beta 2, please check!

13.10.24 Fixed: Currently active line was flickering for folders with read only, hidden or system attribute but no custom icon (while no flickering in 64-bit, it still consumed a lot of processing power) (32/64)

I no longer see flickering of the folders in TC 11.50b2 32-bit.
