[BUG 11.50ß8] Error during testing a zip Archiv

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Maybe your download is defective?

The SHA256 checksum of "wget-1.21.4-win64.zip" should be:
