It is not possible now in TC but 7zip handle zip and they could be managed as rar from tc7z64.dll

I prefer to keep the official unrar.dll from the RAR author for RAR unpacking.
However, it would be nice if some of you could test unpacking RAR files with tc7z.dll/tc7z64.dll by deleting the files unrar.dll/unrar.64dll.

Can we change the survey?
exclude the official unrar dlls, exclude WCMZIP*.DLL and extract (and pack) rar and zip files with tc7z64.dll
The internal logic in the end prevails over personal preferences, at this point unrar.ddl and WCMZIP*.DLL good only for old OS.

No, please don't delete the WCMZIP*.DLL files! They contain more functions than just the old ZIP packer, like AES encryption/decryption, high DPI functions, packing to memory used to create .tar.gz archives, or for compressing thumbnails in the thumbnail cache.

This brings me to two dilemmas of what is more important:
Include the official unrar dlls which only work on Windows 7 or newer, or unclude self-compiled dlls?
Include the old unrar9x.dll which is outdated and may have security holes, but is only needed for older Windows versions, or use tc7z dll for RAR files on older Windows versions?
So why should you add unrar DLLs now? Let tc7z do all the job itself. Good solution for new time.

I prefer to use the original DLLs from the RAR author to ensure maximum compatibility. Otherwise there would be a risk that some problem RAR files couldn't be unpacked. For example, unpackers handle broken archives differently.

Indeed, replacing RAR with 7-zip should be undesirable.
In treakier cases 7-zip sometimes failed and then native RAR executables had to be used.
